ERP Therapy

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is an evidence-based therapy for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety-related concerns. The goal of ERP is not simply to feel less anxious, it is to help you reclaim your life from fear and avoidance so that your choices can be guided by what matters most to you rather than by anxiety. Narrative Therapy

Narrative therapy is a collaborative, strengths-based approach that explores the stories we carry about ourselves, our relationships, and our lives. Getting Started

Types of Counseling Services Offered

Individual Counseling

Amy sees individuals 18 years of age and older. A typical individual session is 60 minutes in length.

Therapy Intensives

Intensives are sessions that are longer than 60 minutes. An intensive is designed to allow more time for therapeutic work and processing, rather than pausing work from week-to-week.

Online Therapy

Online therapy is a convenient option for counseling from your own home or office.  I use a HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform that can be accessed from your desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device.

Cost of Therapy

Self Pay

Amy is a self-pay provider which means she is not in-network with insurance companies. Her rate for a 60 minute session is $150. For therapy intensives, please inquire for an estimate.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement

If you have private insurance with out-of-network benefits, I can provide a Superbill for possible reimbursement.

Payment Methods

I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA or other benefits cards.
