Individual Counseling
Individual counseling begins with an evaluation of areas or issues that you are hoping to address. In the first session we will work together to determine goals, a treatment plan, and the right modality. You will receive helpful tools, a space for processing, and steps toward personal growth.
Couples Counseling
We are made to be in community. But sometimes, relationships can be a challenge. Trust, safety, and mutual love and respect are the foundation of a healthy intimate relationship. But when problems arise, trust, communication, feeling isolated or alone, and hardline differences are recurring areas for conflict. These problems usually exist for a while in relationship before deciding to go to counseling. When I see couples for counseling, I meet both of you and hear the issues. We will develop a plan for moving forward that may include defining healthy relational boundaries, repairing attachment wounds, and developing better ways for communicating. It would be my joy to offer counsel for your relationship.
Telehealth Option
Telehealth counseling is a convenient option for anyone who may prefer counseling from the comfort of their own home or office. I use a HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform that can be accessed from your desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. Whether in-person or online, I would be delighted to help.

30 Minutes – $100
60 Minutes – $150
90 Minutes – $225
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have certain types of health care coverage or who are not using certain types of health care coverage an estimate of their bill for health care items and services before those items or services are provided. • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any health care items or services upon request or when scheduling such items or services.
